The Honorary Consulate of Hungary in Boston is looking for a temporary replacement personnel on a voluntary base to work with Gabor Garai, Honorary Consul General of Hungary.
The duration of the replacement will be 15 weeks + 2 weeks training, starting from the week of April 7, 2014.
This position will require about 6 working hours a week.
Main tasks:
- Assist the Honorary Consul General in the resolution of client requests pertaining to consular matters
- Manage appointments on all consular activities
- Be in regular contact with Consular Representatives
- Assist with consular, business and diplomatic forums.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
- Basic diplomatic skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Quick learning ability
- Ability to work independently
- Interest in working with the Hungarian-American community and Consular Representatives
